What we do
Since 1978, we have been committed to ensuring that guests at all tables can enjoy sweet moments thanks to our desserts. Born as a small artisan workshop, today we have grown, and day after day, recipe after recipe, we pursue our dream of becoming the reference pastry shop for anyone looking for craftsmanship, delicacy and innovation combined with the quality of frozen products.

Artisan tradition
Our deep-rooted artisan tradition is the beating heart of Pasticceria Quadrifoglio. Born as a small family business, we still produce today while remaining faithful to typical Modena pastry recipes, such as tagliatelle cake, taking care of every detail and finishing many desserts strictly by hand. Each dessert is therefore the result of mastery, attention to detail and respect for local and national tradition. We are the artisans of taste, custodians of a legacy that we will not forget and which we will carry forward into our future.

From the search for raw materials from certified suppliers, to the production and warehousing process, from sales to distribution, our every step is guided by an unconditional commitment to quality. Every dessert that leaves Pasticceria Quadrifoglio represents our promise to satisfy the requests and needs of all our customers. Our commitment materialized with obtaining BRC and IFS certifications in 2005, and continues today with the maintenance of rigorous quality standards.

Innovation is the engine of our progress. We want to embrace change with enthusiasm, constantly seeking new ideas, approaches and technologies to elevate our offering. Concretely, important investments have been allocated to the expansion of Research and Development, creating a space entirely dedicated to the study of our desserts, as well as having made various improvements to the production plant. Furthermore, we firmly believe in work done by people using machines, not the other way around. This is why we try to grow our team, enriching an already very dynamic and curious team with motivated and enthusiastic people.
